Complimentary Click & Collect is available for online purchases from the LEO LIN Sydney Showroom on select styles.

If your style is eligible for Click & Collect, this will display on the product page and you will be able to select 'pick up' at the checkout when completing your purchase.

All orders are usually ready within 24 hours and once available, you will receive a ready for collection email. To avoid disappointment, please wait until you have received this email confirming your order is available to collect. Please present a copy of your Click and Collect order confirmation upon collecting your item(s).

Our delivery timeframes are based off your location from our warehouse in Sydney. Metro cities across Australia are an overnight delivery excluding Adelaide and Perth which usually take 2-6 business days.

Rural areas across Australia can take anywhere between 3-7 business days.

To give your parcel the best chance of arriving on time, please place your order as early as possible. The holiday cut-off dates are as follows:

NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT: 23/12/2024
NT, TAS, WA: 20/12/24
NZ: 15/12/24

We offer no guarantees or refunds on postage should Australia Post or DHL delay the shipment, and we cannot be held responsible for their delays. No refunds will be provided on shipping, should your order arrive later than expected and we are also unable to lodge requests on the customers behalf should delays occur. If a parcel does go missing and you are unable to locate you parcel via Australia Post or DHL, we ask you to contact customer service on customerservice@leolinofficial.com.au.

Please note, we are unable to ship to PO box addresses.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all address details provided are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided.

In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged or if it is inconsistent with your order, please contact our customer services team via email at customerservice@leolinofficial.com.au within 2 business days of receiving your order.

You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email or from your online LEO LIN account. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly.

All orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address or not being claimed at the local or international destination will be refunded and the stock returned to our system. Customers may be charged the outstanding customs and freight fees.

Missed or returned deliveries cannot be re-dispatched; you must place a new order.

Australian orders are charged in AUD and are inclusive of GST.

New Zealand orders are charged in AUD and may be subject to taxes and duties. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs.

LEO LIN reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.

We unfortunately are unable to make any changes or cancel your order after it has been placed.

Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date.

The estimated shipping date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Please note shipping dates are subject to change.

For orders that contain an in-stock item(s) your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in stock item(s) straight away. No additional postage will be charged in these circumstances.
